At Immaculate Complexion we use a ThermaVein® thermo-coagulation device which is totally safe for the treatment of threadveins, vascular blemishes such as Campbell De Morgan spots (aka cherry angiomas), spider naevi, warts, skin tags and milia. Thermavein is the most effective and safest treatment for vascular lesions and is also great at treating these other problematic skin blemishes.

The treatment involves applying a fine needle to the treatment area to deliver a focused microcurrent. This is well tolerated by clients and there is no need for numbing or cooling before or after treatment. Unlike IPL and Lasers, ThermaVein® cannot cause pigmentation changes so is safe to use all year round.

The sterile single use needle is covered with an insulating sheath which protects the skin, delivering the treatment with precision.
